IndiaTerrible after sales, repairs, defective chairs and MADE IN KOREA <3 Zero stars
I have gotten the product on 19 Oct 2021, the product had defective mechanism so repair person changed it but it started shaking and was unstable ever since, repair person said it wont get worse, dont worry. Now, it is really terrible, was delaying the repair since 2022 bcos repair person told me not to worry about the mechanism and i dont use it often. Finally, on 18 Oct 2024 tried to claim the warranty, customer care agent refused, said they cant even escalate it, i cannot even talk to the senior person(maybe they have just one person in the whole after sales department?), they even said they tried contacting me two times before closing the ticket and emailed me plenty of times! i havent received any calls, just today got the call and have only received a single email saying they tried to call. anyways, today, cc told me that some parts might be from korea, after all. after 3 years of asking they almost admitted that. at the bottom of the chair seat itself, it is written in bold that it is made in korea, the chair is NOT made in India, or they might've just sent the WRONG product? repair person said that's the right product but some company make this chair in Korea they just import it, sounds true as it seems they don't offer repairs and when they do they mess the other thing up and say this wont get worse, dont worry. what a joke. I currently own 4 greensoul chairs and recommended dozens of people.. NEVER AGAIN.

NOTE: This does NOT have a 2:1 synchro tilt, its a simple swivel/tilt mechanism where your feet will lift off of the ground when you tilt backwards, foot rest will be necessary or sit with legs folded. Also the arm rest will be tilted with the chair which puts your arm in a really odd position as the desk will be flat but that arm rest will be at an angle, not ideal for good ergonomics. But other than that here are some few really notable pros... Pros: - Back rest is really good, lumbar support is at perfect level. - arm rest are height adjustable at multiple levels - Wheels are extremely smooth.
