I received this chair in a very damaged condition. The cushion and cylinder were heavily torn, dirty, and unusable. I shared the images via email, but Greensoul refused to replace or return the item, citing hidden terms and conditions (a dark pattern) for renewed items. The irony is that Greensoul advertises these items as "as good as new" and claims to offer a warranty. Yet, they refused to replace the damaged cushion, saying it doesn’t affect functionality. If functionality was all that mattered, nobody would buy from Greensoul—experience and comfort are just as important. I wish this review had an option to attach images so you could see the condition of the product yourself.
