Amazing and most comfortable chair

I saw reviews about the item and got it via pre-booking in June. The assembly was easy and straightforward. I love the chair itself. The chair is super comfortable, the lumbar and neck cushions are superb. I gave a rating of 4 because of one small issue - the frog mechanism had scratches on it. Didn't know if it would worth going through the trouble of letting GreenSoul know and getting it replaced. I am super happy with the product otherwise and highly recommend it!

Good chair but proceed with caution

The chair is overall good but not great. However, I felt the following problems: 1. The neck pillow is bad; I found it best to remove it. 2. It also feels better to remove the lumbar pillow so it is also not great. 3. The wheels are not completely silent on moving the chair. 4. The chair still rocks even after locking the rock mechanism. However, the degree to which it rocks on locking is significantly less than that with rocking enabled. Nevertheless, it is irritating if the chair rocks when you don't want. 4. Very poor customer service. From the very first day, the armrests in my chair do not move inward/outward. I created a support ticket for it and have been following up for more than 10 days. There has been no help from Green Soul and my problem is still unaddressed. This is extremely unprofessional on Green Soul's part especially considering the high price of the chair. I would think multiple times before buying any Green Soul product in future.

Probably the best chair out there. Period.

The assembly was not clear in the instruction sheet provided so I had to use the video instructions on their youtube channel. That was also really fast; so had to pause multiple times. Other than that, the chair is a godsend. Really comfortable. Can adjust the height (I'm 6'2".. so it fits me as well perfectly). Good armrests. While tilting backwards, you kinda feel a little bit of a **** because you don't really have a support but that's nothing to be worried about. TL;DR : Get it.
