I got this product of amazon, the hydraulic lift was missing out of the box. I asked for the part separately, but there is no way of communicating with seller, even amazon couldn’t help. Pickup is still not done, I have not received the missing part. Overall very bad experience with the delivery and service.

I am writing this review after using the Green Soul Jupiter Superb High Back Mesh Office Chair for over a year, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. I purchased this chair specifically to alleviate my back pain, but after about a year of use, a troubling noise began to emanate from the chair. I raised a request regarding this issue on August 2nd 2024, and while Green Soul asked for evidence, I shared my findings multiple times with their team. Eventually, they agreed to send me a replacement part. However, I was disheartened to learn that I would have to replace it myself, as Green Soul does not send technicians for this type of issue. Despite my efforts to reassemble the chair with the new part, the noise problem persisted. I submitted additional video evidence as requested, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. Due to this ongoing problem, I am now experiencing back and neck pain—exactly the reason I purchased this chair in the first place. After nearly two months of follow-ups, I requested the assignment of an engineer or a product replacement. After multiple requests, they finally assigned a third-party technician, who came to my home to reassemble the chair. He confirmed that the product is defective and reported this to Green Soul, yet I have seen no action taken regarding a replacement or refund. As of today, October 4, 2024, I am extremely disappointed that no resolution has been provided. I have attached photos of the issue and evidence from the technician's visit, but it feels as though my concerns are being ignored. If I had known the level of service would be this inadequate, I would have reconsidered my purchase. I strongly advise against buying any Green Soul products based on my experience.
