At Greensoul, we strive to provide our customers with the best of products and service excellence. But in current turbulent times, our courier partners are facing many difficulties in fulfilling the products in the timeline promised. Currently, they are facing an acute shortage of workforce and have backlog build-up in their facilities. Hence the delivery durations are increasing. Also, one of our courier partners has stopped taking any further shipments to sort out the above-mentioned issues.
Due to these reasons, we have stopped accepting new orders. We do not want to accept any further orders and cause delays in shipping them to you. But do not worry, we will be back on 25th June to provide you with the ergonomic comfort you deserve.
Customers who have already placed your orders – Your order fulfilment will not be affected. We have tied up with other courier partners and we will ship the orders to all serviceable pin codes. Also please note that the dispatch of the pre-orders will not be affected. The pre-orders will be dispatched as per the timeline promised.
This current crisis has affected all of us in some way or another. But every crisis presents a lesson to learn and Greensoul will rise stronger after this crisis.
