IndiaExtremely Disappointed – Repeated Damaged Product and Poor Service
I ordered the GreenSoul Zodiac Superb Chair and have been thoroughly disappointed with both the product and the service. The first chair I received had a damaged base, so I requested a replacement. After waiting 10 days for the replacement to arrive, I was shocked to find that the second chair was also damaged in exactly the same way—it felt like they had just sent me the same defective product again. What made things worse was the terrible service from Amazon. It took me numerous calls to explain the situation, and all they offered was another replacement, meaning another 10-day wait, with no compensation for the inconvenience. The process has been incredibly frustrating, and the amount of time and energy spent dealing with this is completely unworthy when you keep receiving damaged products repeatedly. At this point, I’m very disappointed with the quality of both GreenSoul’s products and Amazon’s handling of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend going through this hassle for a chair that might just arrive damaged again.
IndiaUnsatisfactory experience and horrible delivery service
I placed the order on amazon (where Green Soul is a verified seller) and the delivery was managed by seller (Green Soul) via Delhivery in the city Lucknow. The delivery partner marked the item as "rejected by customer" without even attempting the delivery. This is not the first time Delhivery has done the same. Hence, giving the product low rating until Green Soul choses a better service provider. Delhivery has been behaving very unethically and unprofessional in Lucknow atleast.
