Excellent choice

after lot of surveys and choices, i finally decided to buy this chair from greensoul. After having purchased the same, i feel very happy that i have made a gud choice instead of going in for other company models, which is very costly. Feel wise, comfort wise is very nice. Especially customer care executive's guidance thru whatsapp and over phone call is very cordial. They will ensure every customer's satisfaction, which cannot be seen from other companies. Overall i am happy to be a customer of this greensoul and would like to purchase more and more products, as and when i required.

Good Product and Great Customer Care

Packaging & Delivery: Delivered in few days. Came in a nice package. Chair parts are well wrapped to avoid any damage. Assembly: Easy to assemble. Just follow the diagram and in can be done in 10mins. Comfort: Very comfortable chair. Good back support. Customer care: I had a small issue with seat and customer care followed up directly and resolved the problem in few days. I didn't expect them to resolve the problem at all. But they followed up and helped me. Thanks a lot.
