Indiapathetic customer support and very average chair
it will not last long, its damaged within 6 months and if you want to use your warranty card, there is no customer support. I have been using this chair for 5-6 months. the chair is not at all ergonomic. hand rest are painful. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.
