7 Incorrect Postures To Avoid While Working From Home

Working from home seemed like a great idea at first. It gave us the freedom to work from different corners of our home, the flexibility to work as well as choose and tailor our daily needs and also got rid of some stuff we used to deal with before working from home, like getting stuck in traffic on the way to the office or not being able to find an optimal environment at work with peace or quiet to concentrate on the tasks at hand.

However, as much as it is comforting to work from home, the practice doesn’t come with its flaws. Like sitting in the wrong posture may cause muscle spasms, pain in the neck and back. 

So, here are 7 postures you must definitely avoid while working from home -
