Please improve neck rest setting make it a bit lower
IndiaThe chair is entirely lacking in comfort and has a lot of flaws.
The chair has decent build quality overall, with a comfortable seat. However, its primary shortcoming lies in the lack of comfort for the back and inadequate neck support. A key issue arises from the design, as it requires leaning back for support rather than promoting proper posture with lower back arch support, resulting in discomfort in only 15-30 minutes of use. Another concern is that the armrests lack softness, making them uncomfortable, and their build quality could be improved. Consequently, this chair has numerous flaws and doesn't justify its price. What I've learnt from this experience is the importance of personally sitting and testing a chair before making a purchase.
